Red Capsicum is a mature and richer version of capsicum. Its vibrant colour provides a natural sweetness and freshness to dips, sauces and more. Red capsicum can be used raw or roasted, in halves or as a whole fruit as an accompaniment to vegetarian dishes. Red Capsicum can be added to many dishes including curries, papads, biryanis, dry snacks, and purees. It can be used in Indian pickles & chutneys, vegetable or lentil side dishes, yogurt recipes to provide a colourful spark to the meal.
Some produce may have a funny shape or maybe a little bruised but they are all fresh and absolutely good to eat.
