The bright colour of these Yellow Capsicum is representative of the flavour within: sweet and delicious. Its perfect balance of sweet and spicy makes this a versatile and popular variety. These glossy, smooth-skinned peppers are milder in taste, and so are known as sweet peppers. It is sweet enough to serve cold but can also be used in dishes where spicy peppers are called for. Yellow Capsicum is great for stir-frying, roasting whole or in pieces but can also be chopped and incorporated into salsas or other sauces.
Some produce may have a funny shape or maybe a little bruised but they are all fresh and absolutely good to eat.
